DB City-Ticket

The City-Ticket is a ticket add-on that allows you to travel in 130 cities within a certain area of validity by bus, S-Bahn, U-Bahn and streetcar once to the departure station and once from the destination station.

• Valid in conjunction with a long-distance ticket (ICE, IC, EC) where the start and destination are within the area of validity of the DB City Ticket .
• In the VRS, DB long-distance tickets with the suffix "City-Ticket" can be used for a single journey to and from the stations in the fare zones 2310 Bergisch-Gladbach, 2600 Bonn, 2100 Cologne or 2200 Leverkusen.
• The City-Ticket is already included in DB AG "Flexpreis" tickets.
• For DB AG "Sparpreis" tickets, the City-Ticket is issued depending on the connection.
• Holders of a BahnCard100 are entitled to any number of journeys within all DB City Ticket areas of validity .
