We are working to continuously improve the infrastructure for buses and trains in the VRS and go.Rheinland region. Work is already underway in many areas that will make the Cologne rail hub and the lines running to it more efficient and fit for the future. This includes, for example, the S-Bahn expansion in the Cologne junction and measures for the Rhine-Ruhr Express (RRX) or the construction and installation of new control and safety technology as well as the electrification and expansion of the Eifel routes.

However, all construction measures naturally cause delays and disruptions until they are completed. We will keep you up to date on this page.
