24HourTicket
Free travel for 24 hours.
With the 24StundenTicket, you can travel as often as you like for 24 hours from the desired time in all cities / municipalities that you can reach from your starting point with the selected price level.
The 24HourTicket is transferable to other people and is available in two versions: for one person or for up to five people.

Valid for 24 hours for an unlimited number of trips in all cities and municipalities that can be reached from the starting point using the selected fare tier.
The 24hTicket is available in fare tiers 1–3.

Childrenup to and including age 5 generally ride buses and trains for free. Children who are not yet attending school also always ride for free, even if they are already 6 years old. Children between the ages of 6 and 14, inclusive, can purchase discounted single-ride tickets at the children’s fare.
You can bring your dog along for free on the Rheinlandnetz. Please make sure that a dog is always accompanied by a responsible person—and, depending on the breed, wears a muzzle. By the way, seats are reserved for people. All animals must comply with this rule.
To bring a bicycle with you using the 24hTicket, you’ll also need a 24hTicket Bike.

The 24hTicket can be used on the Rheinlandnetz on the following modes of transportation:
- Bus routes, streetcars, city trains, and subways
- RegionalBahn and RegionalExpress lines
(Not valid for the "short-distance" fare category.) - Express bus routes

eezy.nrw – always the cheapest ticket
You can travel without worrying about fare tiers. With eezy.nrw, you can travel comfortably and cashlessly by bus and train—in the Rhineland and throughout North Rhine-Westphalia.
You can book your digital ticket directly on your smartphone. When you enter your starting point and destination in the VRS app or your transit provider’s app, the eezy.nrw price will be displayed alongside the fare tier.
With eezy.nrw, you’ll
- no more for any trip* than for a single-ride ticket—and usually even less,
- a maximum of 27.80 euros within 24 hours* under the Rhineland fare, and
- never more per month* than for a Deutschlandticket (currently 63 euros).
