Die Fahrgäste von den Haltestellen Merten, Händelstraße und Stadtbahn nutzen bitte die Haltestelle Merten, Apotheke. Auf der Breslauer Straße in Sechtem werden im Bereich der Einmündung Kaiserstraße Ersatzhaltestellen aufgestellt, die bei allen Fahrten bedient werden.
