Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten in der Johann-Wilhelm-Lindlar-Str. kann die (H) “Jakobstr.” von der Linie 438 in beide Richtungen nicht angefahren werden. Auf der Umleitungsstrecke werden die (H) „Langemarckweg“ und „Belkaw Arena“ bedient. Zusätzlich wird eine Ersatzhaltestelle auf der Straße „Am Stadion“ ca. 20m südlich der Kreuzung Jakobstr./Am Stadion eingerichtet.
