Have you finished school and are no older than 20? With the AbsolventenTicket, you can travel throughout the VRS area for 132.90 euros - daily from 9 a.m. from July 1 to September 30, 2025 inclusive.

No bank account of your own? No credit card of your own? No problem!

To register for the VRS-HandyTicket-Shop, you need to provide bank details or a credit card number, among other things. As a school leaver, you probably don't have your own bank account or credit card. Then there are the following options for purchasing the AbsolventenTicket:

• With the consent of your legal guardian, you can use their bank account or credit card. Important: The automatic Schufa check will report an error after the order has been sent if the name of the person placing the order does not match the name of the account holder or credit card holder. Please send the error code you receive to handyticket(at)kvb.koeln. Your order will then be released manually.
  IMPORTANT! This may take approximately five to seven working days.
• Your legal guardians will register you for the AbsolventenTicket using your mobile phone number. Your parents' surname, first name, date of birth, address and e-mail address are required for this. During the registration process, a control medium will be requested, which must be presented together with the AbsolventenTicket at a ticket inspection. Please enter your ID card number here (ten digits on the back of the ID card in the "IDD" line). The AbsolventenTicket can then be purchased via the VRS-HandyTicket-Shop app or the KVB app.
• You can transfer the ticket price as prepaid credit as follows:
