Die Haltestelle Capellenstraße entfällt ersatzlos.
In der Neustraße werden in etwa in der Mitte, im Bereich der Einmündung Florianstraße, beidseitig Ersatzhaltesellen aufgestellt, die bei allen Fahrten bedient werden.
Für die Haltestelle Waldstraße in Fahrtrichtung Morenhoven wird am Anfang der Waldstraße eine Ersatzhaltestelle aufgestellt.
