The VRS GmbH team is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Verbundtarif: adaptation and further development of the Verbundtarif
  • Sales: adaptation and further development of a customer-oriented sales system
  • Market research: target group and submarket-related market research and implementation of suitable marketing strategies
  • Revenue distribution: Distribution of ticket revenue to the transport companies depending on passenger volume
  • Marketing and communication: Network-wide advertising, sales promotion and network-wide passenger information
  • Information technology: creation of the network timetable and further development of the electronic timetable and fare information system
  • Press and public relations: preparation and dispatch of press releases as well as organization of press conferences, interviews and other media appearances on current events and developments. Creation of newsletters and publications. Strategic and political communication.
