Notes on data protection

The data and information provided by you via the contact form will be collected in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act exclusively for the purpose of processing the customer's request completely and as quickly as possible. Customer data will only be collected, processed and used insofar as this is necessary for processing or responding to the enquiry/complaint. The information you provide will also be used to make representative and well-founded statements on the development of quality and problems in regional and local public transport.

With your consent, we may forward your inquiry to the relevant organizations (e.g. regional and local public transport authorities, transport companies, railroad infrastructure companies, transport associations) for a response. If, in exceptional cases, the result is not to your satisfaction, you can contact the "Schlichtungsstelle Nahverkehr". This is an independent institution of the North Rhine-Westphalia Consumer Advice Center, the Association of German Transport Companies and transport companies from NRW. Please note that the arbitration board can only become active if a written documented attempt to reach an agreement has previously been unsuccessful.
