Only valid in conjunction with a MobilPass, Köln-Pass or Bonn ID as well as a valid photo ID. You also need a customer card (available from VRS transport companies' customer centres) to buy a MonatsTicket MobilPass.

MobilPass, KölnPass, Bonn-Ausweis
The MobilPass, KölnPass and Bonn identity cards are issued in the Rhine-Sieg Transport Association by JobCenters, social welfare offices and, in the case of recipients of assistance for subsistence from war victims' welfare, by the Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR) and are issued in each case for the duration of the entitlement up to the end of a month, but for a maximum of 12 months.
Validity duration and scope
Two tickets to the MobilPass are available:
- MonatsTicket MobilPass: valid around the clock for one month in the previously selected cities and towns.
- 4erTicket MobilPass: for one person or several authorized persons at the same time. One box must be validated per person and trip.

Children under 6 years can be taken along free of charge.

Dogs can be taken along in the VRS network free of charge as long as they are under the supervision of a suitable person. Dogs that are a danger to passengers must wear a muzzle. In general, animals must not be accommodated on the seats.
With a MonatsTicket MobilPass, you can take one authorized person over 14 years of age (with MobilPass or KölnPass or Bonn ID) and up to 3 children (from 6 to 14 years of age) free of charge from 7 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays and all day on weekends and holidays (in each case until 3 a.m. the following day).
With a MonatsTicket MobilPass, you can also take a bicycle with you free of charge from 7 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays and all day on weekends and public holidays (in each case until 3 a.m. the following day).
Usable means of transport
Valid within the selected cities and towns of the price level on the following means of transport:
- Bus, tram, city and underground routes
- RegionalBahn- und RegionalExpress routes

Extension for TimeTickets
With a VRS-AnschlussTicket, the area of validity of your WochenTicket can be extended for individual journeys to the entire VRS-network.

Transferable to other persons
Holders of a MobilPass monthly ticket can pass their ticket on to other entitled persons with a MobilPass (or KölnPass or Bonn ID) if they do not need it themselves at the time.
