What do I do with tickets from last year?
EinzelTickets, 4erTickets and 24hourTickets purchased in the "old" year are valid until 31 March of the following year with regard to their price and terms of use.
If they have not been used by then, they can be exchanged for another three years, currently until the end of 2023. Only the respective difference has to be paid then.
