The ticket for single journeys from A to B

Available for short distances (K) as well as in the price categories 1 to 7 for longer trips.

Separate ticket offered for adults and children.

Validity duration

EinzelTickets have a limited period of validity. Once the ticket has been validated,

• it is valid for short distances (20 minutes),
• in price category 1 (90 minutes),
• in price category 2 (120 minutes),
• in price categories 3 and 4 (180 minutes),
• in price categories 5, 6 and 7 (360 minutes).

The journey must be completed once these times have elapsed. (Exception: (timetable or operational reasons, e.g. longer transfer times, delays, etc.).

Note: EinzelTickets from the ticket vending machines have already been validated and are intended for immediate use!

Scope

Applies to a journey within the selected fare stage.
Detours, round trips or returns are not possible. However, you can interrupt the journey and change to other lines.

Entrainment

• Children under 6 years can be taken along free of charge.

• Dogs can be taken along in the VRS network free of charge as long as they are under the supervision of a suitable person. Dogs that are a danger to passengers must wear a muzzle. In general, animals must not be accommodated on the seats.
