The AbsolventenTicket is available exclusively as a HandyTicket at a flat rate of 105.30 euros.
Sales via the HandyTicket shop will start around mid-May 2021.

Children under 6 years can be taken along free of charge.

Dogs can be taken along in the VRS network free of charge as long as they are under the supervision of a suitable person. Dogs that are a danger to passengers must wear a muzzle. In general, animals must not be accommodated on the seats.

In order to register for the VRS HandyTicket-Shop, it is necessary, among other things, to provide bank details or a credit card number. For school leavers without their own bank account or credit card, there are the following options for purchasing the AbsolventenTicket:
With the consent of your legal guardian, you can use their bank account or credit card.
Important: The automatic Schufa check will report an error after the order has been sent if the name of the person placing the order does not match that of the account holder or credit card holder. Please send the error code you receive to handyticket@kvb.koeln . Your order will then be manually released.

You register for the AbsolventenTicket on the part of the parents using the child's mobile phone number. The parents' surname, first name, date of birth, address and e-mail address are required for this. During registration, a control medium is requested. It must be presented with the AbsolventenTicket at a ticket inspection. Please state the child's ID number here (10 digits on the back of the ID card in the "IDD" line). The AbsolventenTicket can then be purchased via the app of the VRS-HandyTicket-Shop or the KVB app.
You can transfer the ticket price of 105.30 euros as prepaid credit as follows:
